Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's web browser. There's no app to install. You can upload evidence straight from your phone.
Can I bring my existing files in?
Yes, case by case. Open the case in RaizIntel, then drag your existing documents, photos and videos into it, many at once. Anything you want treated as evidence is added one file at a time, so it gets its own evidence number and custody record. That record starts the day you add it. There's no automatic import of old cases or client lists.
Where are my files kept?
In RaizIntel's secure storage, with a separate folder for each agency. Your files never mix with another agency's, and every download goes through RaizIntel. There are no shareable links to your files.
Who can see my cases?
The people you add to your agency. Your clients sign in to their own portal, where they see their case's basic details and only the reports and files you release to them.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your trial is free for 30 days. When it ends, your plan's monthly price begins. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
