Who we are

RaizIntel LLC makes RaizIntel, case management software for private investigators. This page covers the raizintel.com website.

What this website collects

The only information this website asks for is on the waitlist form. Apart from that, it does not ask you for any information. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags.

Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps standard server logs of requests, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

The waitlist

When you reserve a spot, the form asks for your name, your agency's name, your email address, your phone number, how many investigators you have, your state and the plan you're interested in.

We use these details only to contact you about your spot and to plan the opening of RaizIntel, for example which plans and states to be ready for. We do not sell or share them, and we don't add you to any marketing list.

The form is received by the company that hosts this website, which also screens it for spam, and is then emailed to us. No card or payment details are asked for.

To see, correct or delete what you sent, or to leave the waitlist, email support@raizintel.com.

When you sign in

The "Sign in" link takes you to the RaizIntel platform. Information you give there, such as your email address and agency details, is handled by the platform under the terms you agree to when you sign up. Card details are entered into a form provided by our payment processor, Stripe, and go directly to Stripe. They never reach RaizIntel's servers.

Your agency's data

Cases, evidence, reports and client information you keep in RaizIntel are stored in RaizIntel's secure storage, with a separate folder for each agency. We do not sell or share them.
